Job summary

The Ardonagh Group is seeking a highly organised Receptionist to be the face of our London headquarters at Berkeley Square. You will deliver a first-class front-of-house experience, support the Office Manager, and help run the office efficiently.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing calls and post, booking meetings, assisting executives, and coordinating events. Proactive, detail‑oriented team players thrive here.

Qualifications

  • Previous reception, administration, or office support experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive approach and the confidence to anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office systems.

We're looking for an exceptional Receptionist to become the face of our London headquarters, delivering a first-class front-of-house experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

About the Role

As the Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, suppliers, and colleagues, creating a welcoming and professional environment for everyone who enters our offices. You'll work closely with the Office Manager and support a variety of administrative, operational, and event-related activities that help keep the business running efficiently.
