We're looking for a commercially minded Key Account Manager/Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a leading broker network, helping members grow their businesses, strengthening insurer partnerships and identifying opportunities that deliver value for everyone involved.
You'll be responsible for managing and developing relationships with broker members and insurer partners, acting as a trusted adviser, champion and connector. If you enjoy building strong partnerships, spotting commercial opportunities and influencing business growth, we'd love to hear from you.
Due to the portfolio you will be managing, we are seeking someone located in London, particularly the North/North East of London, Essex, Hertfordshire or Suffolk.
As a Key Account Manager/Business Development Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the growth and success of our member brokers by promoting insurer partnerships, facilitating business opportunities and ensuring members maximise the benefits available through the network.
You'll be the go‑to contact for members and insurer partners, helping to resolve challenges, drive engagement and identify opportunities for business development and growth.

Desirable: CII qualifications (or working towards them) and experience using broker management systems and management information tools.
