The role covers front-desk duties, phone enquiries, record keeping, ordering and stock control, with a part-time 24 hours per week pattern. Reliable transport may be needed, and sponsorship is not offered.

You’ll be the welcoming face and voice of the home, providing a professional and friendly reception service for residents, visitors and colleagues. As the first point of contact, you’ll help create a warm and supportive environment while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the home through high-quality administrative support.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same, from greeting visitors and answering calls to supporting the management team with essential administration and coordination tasks.
This is a part‑time role working 24 hours per week. The shift patterns are 8 hours a day, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Subject to change based on the needs of the service.
Some of our homes may have limited public transport links, you’ll therefore need reliable transport to and from work.
