Job summary

Hafod in Cwmbran is seeking a compassionate nurse to join our team, delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care to residents. You’ll assess, plan and review care, ensuring wellbeing, dignity and independence are central to every shift.

This permanent 0-hour contract offers day and night shifts across weekdays and weekends. You’ll lead care staff on shift, support residents with holistic needs, administer medications, and maintain accurate records.

We’re looking for a compassionate and dedicated nurse to join our team, where you’ll play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care. You’ll be responsible for assessing, planning and reviewing care for residents, ensuring their wellbeing, dignity and independence are always at the heart of what you do.

This is a rewarding, hands‑on role where no two days are the same. You’ll lead care staff on shift, support residents with their holistic needs and ensure care is delivered in line with professional standards and best practice.

This is a permanent 0-hour contract offering day and night shifts across weekdays and weekends. We’ll talk through your availability and what works for you, while making sure we cover the shifts the home needs to provide the best care for our residents.

Some of our homes may have limited public transport links, and some shifts start early or finish late. You’ll therefore need reliable transport to and from work.
