The Rank Group in Cardiff is seeking a friendly Receptionist to set the welcoming tone for guests as they enter the casino floor. Your warm greeting and attentive service help create a memorable visit and encourage guests to return.

In this 24/7 casino environment, you will be asked to stay flexible for night shifts and weekends. Candidates must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the UK. Strong social skills and enthusiasm for entertaining customers are essential.

As a Receptionist, your role is pivotal in setting the tone for our guests' experience from the moment they step through our doors. Your welcoming smile, enthusiastic greeting, and genuine care are the first impression our customers have of our business, making you an essential part of our team.

With your passion for people and excellent social skills shining through, you will not just welcome our guests but entertain them, ensuring their visit starts on a high note.

Skills & Experience Needed:

To be successful in this role you'll need a positive, can-do attitude with a real passion for entertaining customers and delivering an exceptionally high service as well as experience of working successfully in a hospitality role.
