Job summary

Grosvenor Casinos is seeking a friendly Receptionist to set the tone for guests as they enter our venues. You will be the first point of contact, greeting and guiding guests with a warm, engaging manner.

In a fast-paced, 24/7 casino environment, you’ll deliver exceptional service, entertain guests, and help ensure every visit starts on a high note with energy, care and a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience is essential for guest-facing service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced casino environment with nights and weekends.
• Must be 18+ and legally able to work in the UK.

As a Receptionist, your role is pivotal in setting the tone for our guests' experience from the moment they step through our doors. Your welcoming smile, enthusiastic greeting, and genuine care are the first impression our customers have of our business, making you an essential part of our team.

With your passion for people and excellent social skills shining through, you will not just welcome our guests but entertain them, ensuring their visit starts on a high note.

Your role goes beyond typical reception duties; you’ll create a memorable, engaging atmosphere that exceeds our guests' expectations.

You’ll focus on making each interaction enjoyable and meaningful, ensuring our guests feel valued and well taken care of.

Skills & Experience Needed:

To be successful in this role you’ll need a positive, can-do attitude with a real passion for entertaining customers and delivering an exceptionally high service as well as experience of working successfully in a hospitality role.

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.

Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
