Job summary

Rank Group, a leading entertainment and gaming brand in the UK, is seeking a Receptionist to set the tone for guests as they enter the casino. You will greet guests with a friendly smile, guide them through their visit, and help create a lively, welcoming atmosphere.

You will need a passion for hospitality, experience in customer service, and flexibility to work 24/7 shifts including nights and weekends, to ensure every guest feels valued throughout their stay.

As a Receptionist, your role is pivotal in setting the tone for our guests' experience from the moment they step through our doors. Your welcoming smile, enthusiastic greeting, and genuine care are the first impression our customers have of our business, making you an essential part of our team.
