Metropolitan Gaming is seeking a friendly Receptionist to welcome guests and assist with enquiries at our venue in Greater London. You’ll ensure guests are greeted warmly, handle queries efficiently and support smooth front-desk operations.

Key behaviours include being upbeat, responsive, and courteous, with the ability to explain rewards and direct customers to sign up for loyalty journeys while logging calls and communications.

Competenze

• Experience in front-of-house or guest-facing roles is desirable.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and handle inquiries efficiently.
• Willingness to be flexible with shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Mansioni

• Meet and greet customers, assisting with any queries.
• Ensure that all customers are dealt with in an efficient and courteous manner.
• Explain player rewards and assist customers to sign up, then demonstrate the rewards journey.

Main Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers, assisting with any queries.
• Ensure that all customers are dealt with in an efficient and courteous manner.
• Look for opportunities to engage with our customers, by explaining the benefits of player rewards and assisting customers to sign up followed by demonstration of the player rewards journey.
• Receiving and logging telephone calls and other communications to the venue.

Please Note

You must be aged 18 or above and have the right to work in the UK

This position requires working nights, evenings, weekends and shifts that coincide with a 24/7 trading week so individuals should be flexible in their scheduling.

Receptionists will spend a large portion of their shift on their feet working directly with the public.
