A leading restaurant in Camden Town is seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Duties include managing reservations, welcoming guests, and responding to feedback. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a passion for customer service. As a Receptionist you will be responsible for welcoming guests and managing our Seven Rooms reservation system in a fast-paced environment. This is a challenging and very rewarding role, involving interaction with every single guest, helping to ensure that each person who crosses our door has a truly unique experience with us. Often the first point of contact for our guests, you'll need to have a strong presence and warming character whilst working well under pressure. Duties will include:
We are looking for a personable, passionate, and inspiring Receptionist to join our team and assist in the successful launch of the newest addition to our thriving portfolio of restaurants. Although experience is great it isn't essential as full training will be provided, all you need is a friendly manner and a passion for people! A good level of both written and spoken English are required for this role.
The advertised wage is inclusive of a basic wage of £12.26 per hour, plus anticipated tronc of £5.16 per hour.
