Genting Casinos in Brighton is seeking a friendly receptionist to warmly welcome guests at the front desk. You will deliver outstanding customer service, handle guest check-in, and perform administrative tasks with professionalism.

Previous reception experience is preferred but not essential; what matters most is your positive attitude, clear communication, and ability to multitask across duties and shifts, including nights and weekends.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a receptionist to join our team. As front-of-house, it is essential that you are able to provide outstanding customer service and support to our guests whilst working on an array of tasks including guest check-in and administration. Previous reception experience is preferred, but not essential.
