Job summary

Serco Limited is recruiting on behalf of Leisure Solution Community Trust for a Receptionist at Bletchley Leisure Centre. You will welcome visitors, provide information on facilities and services, and handle bookings with a focus on outstanding customer care.

The role offers a casual contract and pay between £8.00 and £12.71 per hour depending on age. The successful candidate will excel in a friendly, professional environment, manage cash accurately, and promote activities while supporting

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide accurate information about facilities, activities and services
• Deliver excellent customer service both face-to-face and over the telephone
• Process bookings, memberships and customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
• Handle cash transactions and follow all company financial procedures accurately
• Promote activities, products and services to support customer engagement and secondary spend
• Support colleagues across the facility and maintain a safe, clean and welcoming reception environment

Salary £8.00 - £12.71 per hour dependent on age plus excellent benefits

Schedule: Casual contract, Covering casual shifts (annual leave and sickness) across our Monday to Sunday business hours 5:30am-11pm

Based at the heart of the facility, you'll play an important role in ensuring every customer receives a friendly, efficient and professional service.

What you'll do as a Receptionist
