Job summary

Serco Limited is recruiting on behalf of Leisure Solutions Community Trust in Tunbridge Wells. Join a friendly team as a Receptionist at the Tunbridge Wells Sports Centre to welcome visitors and help them access facilities.

This permanent, full-time role offers an hourly rate of £10.85 to £12.71 with 40 hours per week, weekday and weekend shifts. You will deliver excellent customer service, handle cash, and support colleagues to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering strong customer service in a front-facing role.
• Confidence handling cash and maintaining accurate records.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
