GAUCHO Birmingham is seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our high-end hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about guest service, thrive in a fast-paced environment and represent GAUCHO with warmth and professionalism from arrival to departure.

You will work closely with the reception team to manage bookings, greet guests, and support management in driving guest experience and revenue through attentive service.

Responsibilities

• Work with the reception team to offer an unforgettable experience to Gaucho guests on arrival, departure and during their visit.
• Ensure all GAUCHO reservations are processed professionally and accurately.
• Support and assist the management team to maximise sales revenues through cover driving and business optimisation
• Be the face of GAUCHO and demonstrate service excellence through heightened hospitality
