Job summary

GAUCHO Birmingham is seeking an experienced Senior Waiter to join our team. You will be the GAUCHO ambassador, delivering high hospitality standards and guiding guests through our menu with confidence.

In a fast-paced restaurant environment you will work with the team to upsell GAUCHO products, maintain service excellence, and help drive sales while ensuring a warm, memorable dining experience for every guest.

• Work with the restaurant team to deliver an unforgettable GAUCHO experience.
• Be the face of GAUCHO and uphold service standards.
• Strengthen product knowledge to guide guests with menu choices.
• Support management to maximise sales by driving covers and spend per head.
• Ensure guest orders are received and processed accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organised restaurant and follow setup/breakdown procedures.

Key Responsibilities of a GAUCHO Senior Waiter

• Work with the restaurant team to offer an unforgettable GAUCHO experience to all our guests through heightened hospitality.
• Be the face of GAUCHO and demonstrate service excellence while following the GAUCHO steps of service and standards.
• Strengthen and maintain product knowledge in order to host tables and guide guests with menu choices.
• Support and assist the management team to maximise sales revenues by driving covers and average spend per head.
• Ensure all guest orders are received and processed professionally and accurately.
• Help maintain a clean and organised restaurant at all times and follow all set-up and breakdown procedures.
