Four Points by Sheraton Dundee is seeking a Reception Team Member to join our busy front desk. You will be the first point of contact for arrivals and departures, delivering warm hospitality and efficient service to guests.

As our next Reception Team Member:

• You will demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences throughout the guest journey.
• You will provide excellent guest service throughout the hotel and to efficiently process administration of the front desk tasks, being the first point of contact for arrivals, departures and guest interaction. You will handle all guest requests and enquiries promptly, efficiently and in accordance with the hotel's policies.
