Job summary

The Education Specialists are partnering with The Learning Partnership Trust to recruit a Reception Teacher for a North Staffordshire primary school from February 2027. The role covers EYFS to KS2 with a long-term, supportive placement.

We offer a competitive daily rate (£130–£200), weekly PAYE, CPD opportunities, and dedicated consultant support throughout the placement, plus a refer-a-friend scheme (T&Cs apply).

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required.
• Experience teaching in a UK primary setting.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management.

Job description

The Education Specialists are delighted to be working together with The Learning Partnership Trust, recruitingdedicated and enthusiastic Reception Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in North Staffordshire from February 2027, supporting pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2).

This is along term position, offering the opportunity to deliver high-quality teaching within a supportive and well-structured school environment.

The school has a strong focus on pupil progress and inclusive learning, with a collaborative staff team and a positive learning culture, making it an excellent opportunity for a Primary Teacher looking to develop their practice in a supportive setting.

Primary Teacher role requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting

  Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  A proactive and reflective approach to teaching
  Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
  Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply

The successful Primary Teacher will:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum
  Differentiate teaching to meet a range of learning needs
  Monitor, assess and track pupil progress
  Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
  Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCO and leadership
