Job summary

First for Education is seeking a Primary Teacher to support a small primary school in Redditch, delivering engaging lessons for Year 3 pupils within a supportive and well-structured environment. This full-time position runs until December 2026.

Qualifications

  • QTS is required and must be current.

Primary School Teacher

First for Education are seeking a Primary Teacher to support a small primary school in Redditch, supporting pupils in Year 3.

This is a full-time position until December 2026, offering the opportunity to deliver high-quality teaching within a supportive and well-structured school environment.

Primary Teacher role requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting
  • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
  • Ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • A proactive and reflective approach to teaching
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
The successful Primary Teacher will:
