Job summary

First for Education are seeking a Primary Teacher to support a small primary school in Redditch, providing high-quality teaching for Year 3. This full-time role runs until December 2026 in a structured school environment.

You'll plan engaging lessons, differentiate for diverse abilities, monitor pupil progress, and work with SENCO and leadership to ensure safeguarding and wellbeing of pupils. DBS checks apply.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching in a UK primary school.
  • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum (EYFS, KS1 or KS2).
  • Ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons.
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Proactive and reflective approach to teaching.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply.

Primary School Teacher

First for Education are seeking a Primary Teacher to support a small primary school in Redditch, supporting pupils in Year 3.

This is a full-time position until December 2026, offering the opportunity to deliver high-quality teaching within a supportive and well-structured school environment.
