Job summary

Soutine is seeking a Maitre d’ for a full-time front-of-house role in London. You will manage table allocations for walk-ins and reservations, coordinate with floor staff and kitchen, and actively engage with guests to ensure a memorable dining experience.

This position offers a dynamic, high-service environment with opportunities to lead service excellence. Experience in hospitality leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hospitality role experience required.
• Full-time employment.
• Salary is hourly (£17.39–£18.17).

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for smooth table allocation for walk-ins and bookings across all sections.
• Anticipate guests' needs and communicate any special requests to floor and kitchen to ensure smooth service.
• Coordinate all departments to deliver a seamless dining experience.

The role of a Maitre d':

• Take responsibility for a smooth table allocation for both walk-ins and bookings in all restaurant sections, managing turn times effectively..
• Anticipate guests' needs, timely communicating any special requests to floor and kitchen – be proud to coordinate all departments!.
