Job summary

The Wolseley Hospitality Group is seeking a warm and proactive Host to join our London team. You will assist the reception with seating plans and support the floor team to maintain efficient turn times, while greeting guests and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from door to table.

As a Host, you will anticipate guests’ needs, convey special requests to the floor and kitchen, and contribute to a smooth service. English fluency and a strong service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English is required.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the reception team with seating plans and support the floor team with turn times.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and relay special requests to floor and kitchen.
• Be the main friendly point of contact from door to table to ensure smooth service.

Role

The role of a Host:

• Assist the reception team with seating plans and support the floor team with relaying tables for smooth management of turn times.
• Anticipate guests’ needs by timely communicating any special requests to floor and kitchen - be proud to act as a point of contact!
• Contribute hands-on to a smooth service, warmly engaging with guests from door to table - you are our greatest asset!
