Job summary

The Delaunye, located near Covent Garden, London, is seeking a Senior Host to manage table allocations for walk-ins and reservations across restaurant sections. You will anticipate guest needs and coordinate with floor and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.

• Take responsibility for a smooth table allocation for both walk-ins and bookings in all restaurant sections, managing turn times effectively.
• Anticipate guests' needs, timely communicating any special requests to floor and kitchen – coordinate all departments.
• Contribute to building a regular customer base, warmly engaging with guests from door to table and beyond.
