The Wolseley Hospitality Group is seeking a Senior Host for The Delaunay, an all-day café restaurant located near Covent Garden. Take responsibility for a smooth table allocation for walk-ins and bookings, coordinating across floor and kitchen to anticipate guests’ needs and ensure timely service.

• Experience in guest services or hospitality roles.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Ability to manage seating plans and guest flow.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for a smooth table allocation for walk-ins and bookings in all restaurant sections, managing turn times effectively.
• Anticipate guests’ needs, timely communicating any special requests to floor and kitchen.
• Contribute to building a regular customer base, warmly engaging with guests from door to table and beyond.
