Job summary

The Wolseley Hospitality Group is seeking a Maitre d’ to oversee seamless table allocation and guest experience at Colbert on Sloane Square. The role is described as Senior Receptionist, with responsibilities spanning all restaurant sections and coordinating with floor and kitchen teams to anticipate guest needs.

You will contribute to building a loyal guest base, engage warmly from entrance to table, and help maintain the high service standards across The Wolseley portfolio.

• Take responsibility for a smooth table allocation for both walk-ins and bookings in all restaurant sections, managing turn times effectively.
• Anticipate guests’ needs, timely communicating any special requests to floor and kitchen – coordinate all departments.
• Contribute to building a regular customer base, warmly engaging with guests from door to table and beyond.
