Job summary

Hampshire Court Hotel & Spa in Basingstoke is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to ensure a warm, friendly welcome from arrival to departure. You will be the main contact for hotel guests and help maintain service standards with a polite, professional manner.

The role offers exposure to Hampshire restaurant, Time Out bar & lounge, and event spaces, with learning opportunities, staff discounts, and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience is required.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is essential.
• Excellent communication and a proactive attitude are expected.
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and problem solve.
• High attention to detail and presentation.

What will I do?

Supervise the front of house t eam t o ensure a warm, friendly welcome when guests arrive to when they leave. As the Supervisor you will be the point of contact for all hotel guests and deal with all situations in a polite and courteous manager.
