Hampshire Court Hotel & Spa in Basingstoke is seeking a guest-focused administrator for the front of house. You will coordinate reservations, assist guests from inquiry to arrival, and look for opportunities to upsell hotel services.

The role emphasizes strong time management, multitasking, and problem-solving to ensure a seamless guest experience across The QHotels Collection.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administration role or within a hotel front of house role.
• Confidence to upsell.
• Good time management and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the front of house team in coordinating and selling the guest experience from initial reservation through to arrival and everything in-between.
• Deal with all direct and third-party guest requests and complete daily checks on all reservations, identifying upselling opportunities.

What will I do?

Supporting the front of house team in the co-ordination and sales of the guest experience from initial reservation through to arrival and everything in-between! Dealing with all direct and third-party guest requests as well as completing daily checks on all reservations, identifying any potential upselling opportunities.
