Valor Hospitality is seeking a Reception Manager to drive standards and deliver an exceptional guest experience across the Front Office. You will lead with purpose, manage a high-performing team, and respond proactively to guest needs while aligning with brand expectations.

The role covers shifts across 7 days, with 40 hours per week, and a salary of £31,572 per year. Valor offers apprenticeships and structured training as part of career development.

£ 31,572.00 per annum. 40 hours per week across 5 days.

We are looking for a Reception Manager with a proven track record of driving standards and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

The successful candidate will lead with purpose and vison using their commercial expertise to drive standards in the hotel. You need to be innovative and reactive to your response to a range of situations.

Monitoring guest satisfaction and setting departmental targets and objectives will be high on the agenda.

The Reception Manager will be responsible for the Front office team. Building a high performing team across the division is what success looks like.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
