Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead the front desk team and drive guest satisfaction with strong commercial insight. The role requires leadership to raise standards and deliver an exceptional guest experience across all touchpoints.

You will oversee shift patterns, build a high performing team, and be flexible to cover evenings and weekends. Apprenticeships and brand training are available as part of our career development programs.

Job description

£13.21 per hour. 40 hours per week across 5 days.

We are looking for a Front Office Supervisor with a proven track record of driving standards and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

The successful candidate will lead with purpose and vison using their commercial expertise to drive standards in the hotel. You need to be innovative and reactive to your response to a range of situations.

Monitoring guest satisfaction and setting departmental targets and objectives will be high on the agenda.

The Front Office Supervisor will be responsible for the front office team. Building a high performing team across the division is what success looks like.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
