Job summary

Holiday Inn Peterborough-West is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager with a proven track record of driving standards and delivering an exceptional guest experience. The role may be in a supervisory capacity or a Reception Manager position, leading a front office team to deliver top-tier service.

The successful candidate will manage a 40-hour week across 5 days, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

• Lead the Front Office team and build a high performing unit.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and set departmental targets and objectives.
• Drive standards and guest experiences with commercial awareness.
• Discuss and agree shift patterns with the team and interview process as needed.

We are looking for a Assistant Front Office Manager with a proven track record of driving standards and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This may be in a supervisor role or in Reception Manager role.

The successful candidate will lead with purpose and vison using their commercial expertise to drive standards in the hotel. You need to be innovative and reactive to your response to a range of situations.

Monitoring guest satisfaction and setting departmental targets and objectives will be high on the agenda.

The Assistant Front Office Manager will be responsible for the Front office team. Building a high performing team across the division is what success looks like.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
