The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Reception & Reservations Manager to lead our front‑of‑house team and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience.

You’ll oversee all reception and reservations operations, manage a motivated team, and maintain the highest standards of service and professionalism. From coordinating bookings and managing systems to ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests and a key player in delivering exceptional hospitality.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading and managing the reception and reservations team to deliver outstanding guest service.
  • Overseeing all front desk operations, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
  • Managing room bookings and reservations using PMS systems (such as Rezlynx).
  • Planning and organising staffing rotas to meet business needs.
  • Maintaining compliance with health & safety and hotel policies.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations for weddings, events, and conferences.
  • Monitoring guest satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Driving improvements in processes and service standards.
