Job summary

Axon Moore Group Ltd is partnering with a well-established organisation to hire a Finance Billing Co-Ordinator in Accrington. The role focuses on end-to-end rebate billing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery within rebate agreements.

You will collaborate with the Finance and Buying teams to process quarterly rebates and maintain the rebate management system, with opportunities to streamline processes and improve controls.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and solve problems confidently.
• Strong numerical skills with a methodical approach to work.
• Ability to manage own workload effectively to meet business deadlines.
• Excellent Excel skills and experience with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain our Rebate Management System for Trading Agreements wholesalers.
• Update and maintain all Trading Agreements in the Rebate Management System.
• Process the quarterly rebate billing from the rebate management system.
• Prepare billing sheets by supplier and pass through to accounts for invoicing.
• Investigate, analyse and resolve rebate discrepancies across members and suppliers, calculating billing corrections for accounts to credit & re-invoice.
• Work with the wider finance team to utilise the rebate management system.
• Identify process improvements and implement these where possible.
