Axon Moore is partnering with a growing financial services business to recruit an Operations Administrator in Lancashire with hybrid working. You will support end-to-end administration of asset finance deals, handle new business and transaction processing, and collaborate with underwriting, sales and credit teams to keep deals moving smoothly.

The role demands accuracy, strong organisation and the ability to communicate confidently with brokers, suppliers and customers.

Qualifications

• At least two years' experience in an office-based administrative role.
• Confident communicating with customers and external partners by phone and email.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Process new finance applications accurately and efficiently into internal systems.
• Prepare and issue financial documentation to brokers, suppliers and customers.
• Take ownership of deals from document issue through to completion.
• Manage amendments and liaise with internal teams to provide timely updates.
• Act as first point of contact for incoming calls and email queries relating to proposals, documentation and deal changes.
• Provide wider administrative support across operations when required.
• Prepare and release payouts in line with defined criteria and controls.
• Prioritise transactions to meet agreed service levels.
• Sign off transactions within delegated authority.
• Support the training and development of colleagues where required.
• Work closely with team leaders to maintain a positive and inclusive working environment.
• Undertaking additional tasks in line with business requirements.
