• Process high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Code invoices and post them to the purchase ledger.
• Manage invoice approvals and ensure timely authorisation.
• Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare and process supplier payment runs.
• Resolve supplier queries and payment-related issues.
• Maintain supplier account records and master data.
• Support month-end accounts payable processes.
• Liaise with departments to resolve invoice and payment queries.
