Qualifications

• Ability to work under extreme pressure and in emergency situations.
• Keen and conscientious approach to work, able to concentrate for long periods on detailed information.
• Knowledge of Heavy Haul Rail Ltd/Network Rail train planning process.

Responsibilities

• Control real-time performance delivery of train services.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
• Manage resources to minimize operational disruptions.
