Job summary

Fresenius Kabi UK is seeking a dedicated Resource Planner to manage the nursing team’s headcount capacity plan in Runcorn. The role is full-time, Monday-Friday. Responsibilities include ensuring appropriate staffing, utilizing resource planning systems for efficiencies, running management reports, and adhering to working regulations. Candidates should have experience with IT systems, strong interpersonal skills, and evidence of innovative solutions. • Experience in the use of IT systems to deliver workforce planning and scheduling solutions.
• Experience of managing multiple, conflicting priorities and delivering at pace to deadlines.

• Evidence of continuous improvement through innovative and creative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the supply and demand challenges of nursing services are met.
• Utilise the resource planning system (Total Mobile) for efficiencies.
• Ensure data in the resource planning system remains accurate.
• Run analytical management reports on time.
• Identify trends to plan effectively for the future.
• Ensure adherence to relevant legislation in planning.
