Job summary

Prestige Nursing & Care Bracknell is seeking a Care Planner / Recruiter to support the branch with rosters, care coordination, and end-to-end recruitment of frontline colleagues. This part-time, onsite role is based in Bracknell, offering a flexible 20-hour week and on-call duties.

You will help maximise resource utilization, ensure compliance with policy and regulatory standards, and build strong relationships with clients and families while supporting growth targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in care planning, scheduling or workforce coordination in domiciliary/community care.
• Experience leading recruitment, screening and onboarding processes.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and care standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rostering to ensure daily client visits are covered.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for frontline care staff.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
