gtd healthcare is seeking a Workforce Scheduling Planner to lead planning, administration, and resourcing of staff across the organisation. You will coordinate shifts, manage leave, and maintain Rotamaster data to ensure services run smoothly.

The role involves working with multi-disciplinary teams, supporting service requirements, and contributing to a values-led NHS environment. Based in Denton, with full-time hours (37.5 per week) Monday to Friday.

Formación

• Secondary education including English and Maths.
• Experience of office work.
• Experience using Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership for planning, administration, coordination and resourcing of staff portfolios.
• Arrange shift cover and manage annual leave according to policy.
• Ensure accurate rota data and rolling three-month staffing views.
• Collaborate with Workforce/BI team to assess staffing levels and publish gaps.
• Work with wider People Services team to capture new service requirements.
