Job summary

Prestige Nursing & Care Bracknell/Slough branch is seeking a Care Planner / Recruiter to support the Registered Manager in delivering high-quality home care. You will coordinate rostering, plan shifts four weeks ahead, and lead full recruitment for frontline colleagues, ensuring safeguarding and regulatory compliance.

This part-time, on-site role in Slough/Bracknell offers £25,000–£26,000 per year (pro rata for 20 hours), with on-call duties and opportunities to develop within a long-established

Qualifications

• Experience in care planning and rostering in domiciliary/community care.
• Proven recruitment and onboarding experience for frontline staff.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, DBS/PVG checks and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily client visit coverage and appropriate frontline staffing.
• Plan rosters at least four weeks in advance with forward planning.
• Lead recruitment, screening, interviewing and onboarding of new staff.
