gtd healthcare is a not-for-profit NHS provider based in Denton, Manchester. We seek a Workforce Scheduling Planner to lead staff planning, administration and resourcing with multidisciplinary teams to ensure fully staffed services.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours, Mon-Fri) within the Workforce Planning Team, with interviews scheduled at Head Office. We are committed to developing our people and delivering high-quality patient care.

Competenze

• Experience of office working.
• Experience of using word processing and Excel.
• Experience of computer/systems use.
• Previous experience of working with the public.
• Experience of a busy telephone environment.
• Experience of minute taking and dictation.

Mansioni

• Take ownership for overall planning, administration, coordination, and resourcing of the staff portfolio to meet service needs.
• Work with team members to ensure services are fully resourced and run smoothly.
• Carry out duties in line with SLA and KPIs for workforce scheduling and planning.
• Arrange shift cover for own portfolio and manage annual leave.
• Update Rotamaster to optimise cover and resources.
• Publish rolling 3-month quotas and assign contracted tasks.
• Use BI data to assess staffing levels and advertise bank shifts accurately.
• Collaborate with Workforce and People Services to capture service requirements.
• Coordinate with GMUPCA to collect weekly rotas for alliance services and provide resource view.
