Health Partners is seeking a proactive Resource Planner to join our remote UK-based team on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will coordinate nationwide service delivery, allocate resources, and support client scheduling with a strong focus on customer service and compliance.

The role requires excellent organisation, IT literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel), and experience in logistics planning. You will contribute to efficient operations while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality across

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative approach.
• Proficiency in IT, including databases, Outlook, Word, and basic Excel.
• Experience in logistical planning and coordinating schedules.
• Familiarity with Office 365 and GDPR/compliance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Work within a collaborative team to identify and plan efficient service delivery on a national scale.
• Allocate resources (people and equipment) using the scheduling portal.
• Support customers via phone and email, coordinating site visits and schedules.
• Liaise with customer coordinators to ensure timely schedules and escalate issues.
• Compile attendance and activity reports to meet client requirements.
• Assist with raising monthly invoice requisitions, ensuring accuracy.
