Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United Kingdom is seeking a Programme Manager in Real Estate Programme Services to drive transformational capital programmes across real estate and construction environments. You will lead small to medium programmes or support large-scale transformations, ensuring client outcomes and realised benefits.

You will apply industry best practice across the programme lifecycle, managing risks, planning, governance and reporting.

Qualifications

Experience delivering real estate or construction programmes.
Proven ability to realise client outcomes and benefits.
Knowledge of NEC, JCT contracts.
Strong stakeholder engagement and governance skills.
Analytical with data, dashboards, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Deliver small to medium real estate programmes or support large transformation initiatives with ownership of functions/elements of programmes.
Provide leadership and vision to the programme team to achieve success.
Apply governance and controls including logs and performance reporting across real estate programmes.
Support robust stakeholder engagement through registers and communication plans.
Oversee programme financial management processes and reporting.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on growth and learning.
