Qualifications

• Operate in a fast-paced, real estate programme environment with strong organisational capability.
• Experience in programme management with proven benefits delivery.
• Progression into programme management within a real estate/construction environment.
• Accreditation or working knowledge of MSP or similar.
• Awareness of NEC/JCT construction delivery models.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and governance skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Programme Delivery: Manage small to medium real estate programmes, or support large-scale transformation initiatives, ensuring measurable benefits.
• Leadership & Vision: Contribute to the direction of the programme, empowering teams to achieve success.
• Governance and Controls: Apply industry best practice programme management methodologies, governance and controls within a real estate environment; maintain logs, reporting, data quality and secretariat duties.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Support processes for engaging and managing programme stakeholders.
• Financial Oversight: Support the management and oversight of programme-level financial management processes.
• Risk, Health & Safety: Understand and implement governance and risk management requirements; ensure safeguards are in place.
• People & Team: Contribute to internal and commission teams and to a One Business culture.
