Qualifications

• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-performing real estate programme environment.
• Experience in programme management with demonstrable benefits for clients.
• Project delivery background in real estate/construction environments.
• Accreditation or working knowledge of programme management methodologies.
• Understanding of procurement routes and contracts (NEC, JCT).
• Strong stakeholder engagement and governance capabilities.
• Analytical, commercial acumen and comfort with programme data and reporting.

• Programme Delivery: Manage small to medium real estate programmes or support large transform initiatives with measurable benefits.
• Leadership & Vision: Contribute to direction of the programme and empower teams to achieve success.
• Governance and Controls: Apply best-practice governance, maintain logs, prepare materials and action tracking.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Manage registers and communication plans with stakeholders.
• Financial Oversight: Support programme-level financial management and reporting.
• Risk, Health & Safety: Ensure governance and risk requirements are followed with safeguards.
