Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Professional level Programme Manager in Real Estate Programme Services. You will drive successful delivery of capital real estate programmes across sectors including Government, Health, Education and Life Sciences.

You will lead diverse teams, manage risk, and report on performance to deliver client value. The role emphasises governance, stakeholder management, and financial oversight, with opportunities to influence project outcomes and contribute to our 2025

Qualifications

• Experience in programme management with demonstrated benefits delivery.
• Progression into programme management within a real estate/construction environment.
• Accreditation or working knowledge of programme management methodologies, ideally Real Estate.
• Awareness of NEC, JCT contracts and construction delivery models.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and governance skills.
• Analytical, commercial acumen, and comfort with programme data and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
• Degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of small to medium scale real estate programmes, or support large-scale transformation initiatives with measurable benefits.
• Lead and inspire the programme team to deliver direction and success.
• Apply governance, controls, and performance reporting across the programme lifecycle.
• Support robust stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
• Assist with programme-level financial management and reporting.
• Identify risks and health & safety considerations; ensure controls are in place.
• Foster a collaborative One Business culture and drive high performance.
