Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Programme Manager in Real Estate Programme Services to drive successful delivery of transformational capital programmes across real estate and construction sectors. You will lead small to medium programmes or support large-scale transformations, ensuring measurable client benefits and value.

You will apply best-practice governance, manage risks, dependencies, planning and reporting, and foster stakeholder engagement across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate in fast-paced real estate programme environments.
• Experience delivering benefits/outcomes for clients.
• Background in real estate/construction project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver small to medium real estate programmes or support large-scale transformations.
• Lead programme team to achieve defined outcomes and benefits.
• Apply governance, risk, planning, and performance reporting.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and communications across the programme.
• Oversee financial management and secretariat duties for governance forums.
