Salary : £67,000 – £85,000 + Bonus- 3+ PQE

You’ll be specialising on the strategic development side, handling :

• Drafting & negotiating promotion agreements
• Landowner collaboration / consortium agreements
• Option agreements for residential & commercial developments of all sizes

The Role

• Act for both residential & commercial landowners
• Ready‑made caseload from day one
• Hybrid working – only 2 days per week in the office
• Part‑time considered
• PQE : 3+ years
