Job summary
Re-Leased is seeking an Onboarding Consultant to seamlessly integrate our cloud-based property management platform for clients. You will bridge customers and internal teams during onboarding, driving data migration and workflow optimization while delivering user training.
The role builds on real estate and accounting knowledge, with emphasis on data management, Excel, and CRM systems like Salesforce. A global, hybrid, remote-friendly team supports a variety of markets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience and knowledge in commercial real estate.
- Experience in accounting and financial data handling.
- Strong data management and Excel skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and agile ways of working.
- Background using accounting systems (NetSuite, Xero, Sage Intacct, etc.).
- Proven ability to lead online training sessions.
Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding projects and train new users.
- Assist with data migration and workflow optimizations.
- Act as liaison between customers and internal teams.
- Influence product development with user feedback.
- Maintain high-quality service with excellent communication.
