Re-Leased Ltd is seeking an Onboarding Consultant to ensure seamless integration of our cloud-based property management platform for clients. You will be the vital link between customers and our teams during onboarding, guiding data migration, training, and adoption.

The role emphasizes collaboration with sales, product, and support, using data-driven feedback to influence development, while delivering high-quality service with excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience and industry knowledge in commercial real estate.
• Proven experience in Accounting.
• Proficient data management and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and agile methodologies.
• Background in accounting (NetSuite, Xero, Sage Intacct etc.).
• Proven ability to lead online training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding projects and conduct training for new users.
• Assist with data migration and workflow optimizations.
