Job summary

Re-Leased is seeking an Onboarding Consultant to ensure seamless integration of our cloud-based property management platform for clients in a hybrid, remote-friendly setup. You will coordinate onboarding projects, deliver training to new users, manage data migrations, and act as the bridge between customers and internal teams while influencing product development with user feedback.

The role emphasizes strong communication, real estate and accounting experience, and the ability to lead online

Qualifications

• Proven experience and industry knowledge in commercial real estate.
• Proven experience in accounting.
• Proficient data management and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and agile methodologies.
• Background in accounting (NetSuite, Xero, Sage Intacct etc.).
• Proven ability to lead online training sessions.

Your Role

As an integral part of our team, your mission as an Onboarding Consultant is to ensure a seamless integration of Re-Leased software for our clients. You'll serve as the vital link between our company and customers during the onboarding process.

Your Experience
