A top 100 national law firm is seeking a Senior Associate or Managing Associate to join its highly ranked Real Estate Litigation practice. This thriving team boasts over 20 dedicated specialists across multiple offices and has a reputation for handling complex, high value disputes for a broad client base.
You'll be working closely with one of the UK's leading experts in telecoms litigation, particularly cases involving the Telecommunications Code, while also gaining exposure to retail, development and public sector work. The caseload is varied and challenging: telecoms disputes, break clauses, rights of light, covenant breaches, misrepresentation, frustration, option disputes, and all aspects of commercial landlord and tenant issues.
