Senior Associate / Managing Associate - Real Estate Litigation - Bristol - 5+ Years PQE

Location: Bristol

Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with hybrid flexibility)

Salary: £80,000 to £90,000

A highly ranked Real Estate Litigation team is seeking a Senior Associate or Managing Associate Solicitor with 5+ years' post-qualification experience to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex and high-quality real estate disputes, with a particular focus on telecommunications matters, alongside one of the UK's leading experts in the Telecommunications Code.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of real estate litigation matters, including:

  • Telecommunications disputes and issues under the Telecommunications Code
  • Break clause disputes
  • Rights of light cases
  • Breach of covenant claims
  • Misrepresentation and breach of contract matters
  • Frustration and option disputes
  • Commercial landlord and tenant issues
  • Advising public bodies, corporate occupiers, investors, landlords, and developers

Depending on your experience, you will work closely with senior colleagues on complex cases while also managing your own matters independently.

Candidate Requirements

This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:

  • 5+ years PQE in real estate litigation (other levels of PQE may be considered)
  • Experience in telecommunications disputes and knowledge of the Telecommunications Code (highly desirable)
  • Strong technical and drafting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Confidence in managing complex matters independently and collaboratively
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
